We took the opportunity to get some up close and personal time with the Bioloid "Edutainment" robot kit from Robotis during the recent Robo-One 9 competition here in Tokyo. Robotis had a small exhibit to show off what the Bioloid can do, but didn't have an official entry in the robot competition. The Robots Dreams staff was impressed by the modular nature of the kit, and its ability to be reconfigured into a number of different robot designs. You can read more about our experience with the Bioloid, along with the latest robotics news, information, hacks, reviews, photos, and robot videos, with special on-site coverage from Japan, at Robots Dreams - www.robots-dreams.com .
